Speed dating event at in-cosmetics Global

We all know it: time is particularly precious at the international trade fair for cosmetic ingredients, in-cosmetics Global. It takes place from 16-18 April 2024 in Paris.

That is why we would like to draw your attention to a new format from our supplier Codif: Three times per trade fair day, you can get to know the first functional cosmetic raw material from Codif in just ten minutes.

We can already reveal some information about the new product: The new ingredient Sensory Apple Pomace is a green alternative to polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), a texturising agent frequently used in cosmetics (e.g. in foundations, BB creams or powdery formulations). Sensory Apple Pomace is made from the press residue of the organically grown Marie Ménard apple variety, which is obtained during the production of Breton cider. A high-quality beauty upcycling!

The launch of Sensory Apple Pomace will be accompanied by a sensory bar at the Codif booth. There you can experience first-hand what the new ingredient has to offer: It mattifies and smoothes the skin, covers imperfections and gives the skin an ultra-velvety feel.
