On biohacking, longevity and hospitality

We are just back from the beautiful Locarno, where we were able to attend this year's International Sales Force Meeting organised by our partner Mibelle Biochemistry. Once again, it was an enriching event for the mind, spirit and soul, with plenty of input on the topics that move the cosmetics industry, but also with plenty of room for dialogue across national borders and even continents.

Biohacking, the trend towards self-optimisation and longevity, i.e. a longer, healthier life, were central themes of the event: on the one hand, illuminated from a medical perspective and, of course, backed up with active ingredients for cosmetic use and for nutritional supplements. As we know (at least now), our genome determines our health and longevity to a much lesser extent than our lifestyle - so we can do a lot for the right care from the outside and from the inside.
