News from In-cosmetics Global 2026 in Paris

Last week we were at In-cosmetics Global in Paris: thank you for all the great meetings at the international trade fair for cosmetic raw materials!

We searched for trends in the Innovation Zone and the Sustainability Zone: There, the focus was on longevity, inspirations from aesthetic medicine (e.g. PDRN or exosomes) and functionals for improved sensory properties of cosmetic products.

Innovations at In-cosmetics Global 2026

Our suppliers have brought several innovations to In-cosmetics:

• EpiSnow™ from Mibelle Biochemistry adresses seven key hallmarks of aging, helping to turn back the skin’s biological clock. The active ingredient is inspired by the remarkable survival strategies of extremophile snow algae.
• Another new product is PhytoSpherix™ Hair from Mibelle Biochemistry. The plant-based glycogen, derived from a special, GMO-free variety of sweetcorn, specifically supplies the hair follicles with natural energy.
• Codif’s Lactopalm PARA, an active ingredient derived from fermented red algae, enables comprehensive and long-lasting treatment of age-related pigmentation, regardless of the type of pigmentation or skin tone.
• Codif’s PDRN Phycopeptide GPENT is very much in vogue. This active ingredient, derived from the green microalgae Chlorella, is not only rich in peptides but also contains significant amounts of low-molecular-weight PDRN, making it a vegan alternative to conventional salmon DNA.
• Transactiva has launched a new version of LenEasy® that contains no preservatives. The green polypeptide derived from molecular farming significantly reduces inflammatory reactions in the skin in a very short time and ensures a calm complexion.

Awards at the In-Cosmetics Global 2026

We had a lot to celebrate at In-cosmetics. Active ingredients from our suppliers Mibelle Biochemistry and Codif Technologie Naturelle were honoured with prestigious awards:

• SenoCellTec™ from Mibelle Biochemistry won the BSB Gold Award in the Natural Actives category.
• EpiSnow™ from Mibelle Biochemistry was awarded the BSB Silver Award in the Actives category.
• The BSB Gold Award in the Actives category recognised the innovative power of Phormiskin Bioprotech from Codif.
• Pantodium CICA for Hair also impressed the jury and received the BSB Silver Award in the Natural Actives category.
